 (1) Grinding speed The grinding speed of non-metal bonded diamond grinding wheels is generally 12-30m / s. The grinding speed of cubic boron nitride grinding wheel can be much higher than that of diamond grinding wheel, which can be 45 ~ 60m / s, which is mainly due to the better thermal stability of cubic boron nitride abrasive.

(2) The grinding depth is generally 0.001 ~ 0.01mm, which can be selected according to the specific conditions such as the grinding method, the size of the abrasive particles, the bonding agent and the cooling condition.

(3) The speed of the workpiece is generally 10-20m / min.

(4) The longitudinal feed speed is generally 0.45 to 1.5 m / min.
